Los Robles Carmenere 2005 - This elegant fruity wine has an intense plumy colour, while on the palate has hints of berries, chocolate, caramel, and pepper. Ormer Bay Cabernet Pinotage 2004-The nose of cherries, cloves and nutmeg is complemented by ripe raspberry and plum. The palate is well-balanced with the black fruits of the Cabernet balanced by the bitter dark chocolate of the Pinotage. Ormer Bay Merlot 2006 - Lively and vibrant on a nose dominated by ripe plum and cherry. This theme is continued on the surprisingly rich palate that manages to balance ripe black fruits with silky smooth tannins.
