Description OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD FINISH is a clear, satin wood finish for exterior and interior application with a great variety of uses. It is based on natural oils and micro-porous, therefore it will not crack, flake, peel or blister. OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD FINISH is water-repellent and dirt-resistant. The smooth, silky surface will not water mark, dirt can easily be wiped off. It is moisture regulating and reduces swelling and shrinking of the wood. OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD FINISH penetrates deeply into the wood and produces a smooth, satin (but not slippery) and very resistant surface because of its high content in natural oils. It can be overpainted with all OS COLOR Wood Finishes or similar micro-porous stains. It can also be applied on top of micro-porous stains if a more satin finish is desired. OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD FINISH has a large coverage, is very durable, easy to apply and easy to maintain. It is equally well suited for all wood species and qualities, new or old, rough or smooth, for interior as well as for exterior use (it is weather resistant but offers no UV-protection). OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD FINISH is an economical wood finish which sets high quality in durability, coverage and labour saving. OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD. FINISH is very easy to apply, and will not dry during application even in high temperatures (no brushmarks). Product based on natural oils OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD. FINISH is based on natural vegetable oils. Natural oils penetrate deeply into the wood, keeping it elastic and healthy, and preventing it from getting dry and brittle. Shrinking and swelling are reduced. The wood is allowed to breathe. Moisture can evaporate. Health and environment OS COLOR CLEAR OIL WOOD. FINISH does not contain biocides nor preservatives. It is safe for man, animal and plant when dry and complies with German DIN 53 160 (fast to perspiration and saliva) and EURO Norm EN 71 (suitable for children's toys.) Test certificates available upon request.
